The Estimate Process - What to Expect

Once you have contacted RidgeTop, one of our experienced home inspectors will set-up an appointment for an on-site meeting at a time convenient for you. We will then inspect your home's exterior for signs of damage or wear. This includes your roof, siding, gutters, shutters, architectural details/accents, etc.

We Will Then Provide the Following

A written estimate showing your options
Pictures of exterior damage
If not already done, recommend if insurance company should be contacted
Offer to have our home inspector on site, free of charge, when insurance company inspects damage - (to verify scope of inspection by insurance company and make sure all damage has been covered)
As a full service contractor, we will provide you with samples and colors for roofing, siding, etc.
Provide examples of finished projects
Provide a written list of warranties we carry on materials and workmanship
Provide proof of RidgeTop Roofing & Exteriors insurance coverage
Provide a referral list (over 66% of our business comes from past customer referrals)
