I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the care we received from you while working on our project. I had a lot to learn about roofing projects and you were there every step of the way. You responded to every concern and even made unexpected adjustments as we went through the process (the vents were changed) and went out of your way to paint my vent covers so they'd look like the photos in the pictures. All I can say is "Wow!" The roof is great, there are many fewer holes in it, and I expect we won't be seeing you for any roofing work for another 30 or 40 years. I am enjoying the new gutter system as well and just happy to think that my husband won't be on a ladder up there this fall cleaning them out. I appreciate the top notch products you offered. Other vendors matched your price, but none matched your product selection - so we feel we got the best possible deal.
