This Poynette homeowner lived in a very unique house with a daylight deck looking out over their property. Their old deck had slowly started to sag and weather. They needed a new deck. We first of all removed the old deck material. We did reuse the supporting posts and beams. We built a new staircase using pressure treated lumber. The deck surface and the railing were built using cellular PVC composite materials from Azek in a slate gray color. We also used a hidden fastener system to give the deck surface a smooth appearance.
