This is a group home in Milwaukee. With a very old roof and chimney. We came in and replaced damaged and rotted wood around the brick chimney. We reflashed the chimney. We then removed two layers of old shingles plus a third layer of cedar shakes and put new 30 year shingles in a Slate color from GAF down as a new roof.
