This building is one of our larger commercial roofing projects in Madison, WI. The "before" picture shows the condition of the roof prior to starting the work, patchwork is evident and in general, the shingles are simply aged and beginning to decay. We removed multiple old layers of shingles and installed 40 year GAF shingles in a "Hickory" color. For this project we had to use a skylift to access the building for both the tearoff and the rebuild.
