This is a house on the west-side of Madison, with a roof in need of replacing. One indicator of roof damage is the presence of algae on the shingles which can be seen on this roof in the "Before" picture. New shingles are 30 year GAFELK algae resistant Barkwood color. We also removed passive vents and installed continuous ridge vents.
